Who we are

Scope

This policy covers the app MENTIS and this website. The “In this app” section above describes what the app itself does with data; if the app has its own full policy, that policy takes precedence.

This website

• No ads, no tracking or analytics cookies. A single lang cookie remembers your language choice.
• Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
• Reviews. If you post a review we store the name you enter, your rating and text, the language, the time and a one-way hash of your IP address (not the IP itself) to prevent spam. Reviews are moderated; only approved reviews are shown publicly.
• The review form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process browser data to tell humans from bots.
• Review moderation. Review text is checked by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI; a person makes the final decision.
• Spark (assistant). Spark is an AI, not a person; it is for ages 13+. Questions are answered by an AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI using this site’s data. We do not store chat text — only counters (number of questions, topic). Email addresses and phone numbers are removed before a question is processed.

Your rights

Write to support@sudarev.app to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data (we complete requests within 30 days), or see sudarev.app/delete-account.

Age

The game is intended for the age shown on the App Store and Google Play. Reviews and Spark are for ages 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Do not enter personal information in reviews.

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
